Mushroom Sightings!

What is it about wild mushrooms that makes my heart skips with joy whenever I spot them?

Spotted these mushroom families this morning while out for a walk.

Aren't they pretty? Some of them still have mud on top of their heads. It's as though they were freshly pushed out from the earth. Oh! I love them so much 😘

I do know why these wild mushrooms made my heart skipped with joy. Because they feel magical - full of fairy magic, wizard magic, witch magic and all that stuffs. Mother Earth magic.

I love you! Thank you wild mushrooms!

Ho'oponopono Butterfly Magic Prayer

Today, on my birthday, the Butterfly People came to me and inspired in me, this Ho'oponopono prayer:

I Am The I.

I Am Fluttering my Rainbow Butterfly Wings.
Flying, Swooping, Sprinkling Colourful Butterfly Magic
onto All My Memories.
Dispersing them into Zero.

It is Done.
I Allow It So.
The Peace of I.

- Khema Yen's Ho'oponopono Butterfly Magic Prayer, 1 September 2019.

Rainbow Loop and Rainbow Drops

Rainbow Loop and Rainbow Drops for the Inner Child. That's the title for my latest mandala. I see my Inner Child being surrounded by a circle of rainbow, with drops of rainbow colours all over her. She gets cleaned every single moment, 24 hours a day, every day. A perfect Ho'oponopono cleaning tool!

You can use this mandala to clean your inner child too.

I Love You! Thank You! I Love You! Thank You! I Love You! Thank You!

Sending Love To Those Trying Their Best To Heal Things They Don't Discuss

Last night, I had a long chat over the phone with my friend, Jit. I asked how he was doing and he replied he was doing well. We talked to catch up on old times, when we accidentally touched on something raw. Jit's voice shivered.

"Would you like to talk about it?" I asked.

Jit kept silent.

"It's ok. Talk only when you're comfortable," I said.

Another long silence. I gave Jit some breathing space.

Finally, he spoke. "Ok. Let me start from the very beginning."

Jit spoke about things I never knew was happening to him despite our years of friendship.

He is not alone. Within these past few months, I have friends who revealed their struggles and challenges - things like divorce, illnesses, financial losses, betrayals, retrenchments and falling prey to scams. I never knew!

When asked "How are you?", "Fine" or "Good" were the usual replies. They would laugh, smile, speak about their children, lament about the weather, talk about that hawker centre that serves good char kuei teow, but inside is the lonely, struggling man or woman, hiding themselves, putting up a brave and happy front for the world to see.

Oh! May we drop our judgements, comparison, indifference, and learn to see beyond the obvious! May we learn to accept others for exactly who they are and listen with love and compassion! Only then, those in pain will receive the gift of being heard and accepted. They know they're not so alone anymore; that there's someone who knows their inner battles and the scars that they hide.

As for those quietly fighting battles inside, you need not fight alone. Reach out for support and help from those that you trust. You could also call The Befrienders 24-hours hotline number at 03-79568145. Or, the BGF Counseling Service at 03-78599610/78599682, Mon-Fri, 7.30pm-9.30pm.

Here's sending love to everyone who's trying their best to heal from things they don't discuss.

I love you. Thank you. I love you. Thank you. I love you. Thank you.

Namaste.

Walking As A Profession

I've just read a real-life story of a 62 years old pensioner whose work is walking. Yes, just walking. Every morning, Vincent wakes up early, walks from his home to town, greeting whomever he meets along his way. He'll spend his day in town, strolling down the streets, sometimes resting on a bus bench, observing traffic; sometimes sitting in a bakery, drinking coffee. Otherwise, he'll just walk.

So, how does Vincent contribute to his community?

"One thing I'm sure of, I'm not doing anyone any harm," he answered. He walks to celebrate and appreciate the existence of things - the clouds, the trees, the many things people pass by unnoticed.

Naturally, the town folks think he is crazy - a Harvard graduate wandering around the town like this. But Vincent just don't care. "Someone's got to do it!" he said. Who else to celebrate and acknowlege the existence of the things in town? Vincent is proud that he is that someone.

Vincent is a true professional - a professional walker. He lives a meaningful life by walking everyday, with no plans for retirement. Nor does he expects to be applauded and rewarded for this actions.

This extraordinary story taught me that one doesn't need to do great things or hold a prestigious job, in order to live a meaningful life. A simple act of walking, greeting, appreciating, and celebrating is living a meaningful life.

So, how is it for you? What is the story of your true profession? You know you've found it when you feel light, and not being dragged down by family, friends, and society's expectations.

You know you've found it when life is not all about you and you alone, but there's a community to care for.

You know you've found it when you're true to the callings of your heart and soul.

May we find the strength and courage to live a life of meaning and purpose.

(Vincent's story is found in "Your Mythic Journey", written by Sam Keen and Anne Valley-Fox. The image, and quote of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsbury, popped up in my Facebook timeline, and reminded me of Vincent's story.)

Listening to Your Inner Yearnings

Today is the first day of 2019. 2019 is the year of the 3 - a catalyst number. 3 is also the number of the Inner Child. So, this morning, I asked the question, " What does the Inner Child wants us to know this year?"

The Guardian of Hearts, Gabrielle, came up. Gabrielle is blowing her horn to the depths of your Heart and your Soul. Listen to that sound! What is being called forth from that deep place inside you? What is your heartfelt desire? Gabrielle is calling them out.

Let the sound of Gabrielle's horn stir your deepest yearnings. You may feel uncomfortable as these yearnings have been buried too long inside. But oh! That sound from Gabrielle's horn! You can't suppress them any longer, for they will answer to the call of that magic horn. They will swim up to the surface.

Feel them stirring up your heart and soul. Embrace them. Allow them space in your heart. They have been called.

This year, it is time to listen, and to act on your inner yearnings.

And so it is.

Disinfecting Viruses In Our Mind

Ho'oponopono. That's the first thought that appeared on my mind when I first saw this image. "Clean and disinfect these viruses with Ho'oponopono cleaning tools", I thought.

Right now, I am feeling confused. My mind is filled with doubts about my ability to get a project going. Can I do it? Do I have the skill to execute it? Meanwhile, I am envious of those who seem to ease themselves effortlessly into similar projects.

Confusion, doubts, envy - all these cloud my clarity. I have been infected by mental viruses. "Ok! These are not you. Only viral programs of the mind that need to be cleaned and deleted." - I tell myself.

I recite and meditate upon the Ho'oponopono prayers:
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you.

Clean. Clean. Clean.
Disinfect. Disinfect. Disinfect.
Let go. Let go. Let go.

I notice the tightness in my abdomen. There are messages of anxiety there. My legs feel weak. The worry and anxiety have worked their way there. Clean. Clean. Clean.

Why is my heart in pain? Where did the sorrow comes from? And the resentment, masked as envy? Clean. Clean. Clean.

My head feels dizzy. I know. I am in a familiar terrain now. I feel the anxiousness in the nervous system. I see the confusion and doubts there. I feel immobilized. Clean. Clean. Clean.

Clean. Clean. Clean.
Disinfect. Disinfect. Disinfect.
Let go. Let go. Let go.

I free up my mind. I free up my body. I free up my heart. I am clear now. I move straight ahead towards my goal.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

About Tarot Bodywork

I came up with Tarot Bodywork, thanks to my love for tarot readings and energy healing. Integrating both of them give depth to the healing sessions. However, I allow clients to choose whether they want to include tarot or merely an energy bodywork in their session. Some prefer merely the energy work, and that's ok too.

So, what is Tarot Bodywork all about?

Tarot Bodywork helps clients gain insight into their subconscious archetypal stories that are affecting their life, and to release and heal these stories. It is a unique healing work that combines the archetypal energies of tarot images, with energy bodywork. A session is 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and is divided into 2 parts.

The first part is the tarot card readings designed to engage, and reveal the archetypal energies in the subconscious of the client.

The second part is the energy bodywork that engages and release whatever challenges revealed by the cards. It is here, that I help clients reprogram new thought patterns into the subconscious and cellular level. A huge body of spiritual forces are engaged and activated during the session. This second part of Tarot Bodywork brings deep physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healings to the client.

Tarot Bodywork is therapeutic for those:

  • In search of life's meaning
  • At a crossroad in one's life
  • Facing career challenges
  • Facing financial issues
  • With emotional turmoil
  • Who wants a deeper understanding of their physical illness
  • Who wants to connect and heal their Inner Child
  • Who wants spiritual help with their challenges in life
  • Who wants to release dysfunctional Akashic memories.
  • With childhood or past traumas
Through Tarot Bodywork, I hope to bring deep healings to clients. As they heal their stories, this heals the world too.

To book a session, please email me at khemayen@yahoo.com.

Thank you. Namaste.

Believing In Possibilities

This butterfly flew to me, bringing in lots of colourful possibilities. But I dare not believe her.

"How could this be possible?" my rational mind thought. "It's impossible. I cannot do this. I am not able to do it. I am not good enough, not clever enough. I don't have support. People think lowly of me...", on and on and on my mind rambled away.

And then, I heard myself saying, "I don't believe in myself". I stopped right there. Because whatever amazing possibilities given to me would come to nothing except when I believe in myself that I can do it.

So, I did the Ho'oponopono. I cleaned all these old thoughts and stories. I repeatedly said:
I'm Sorry.
Please Forgive Me.
I Love You.
Thank You.

Then, I threw all these old memories into Fire, and welcomed in new stories. Stories of: "I am good enough; I am a brilliant healer, writer and artist; I am respected and appreciated; people think highly of me"; stories of "I believe in myself".

The Universe responded. I received the following:

Believe in possibilities. Believe in yourself. Then you can bring into form, those amazing possibilities.

Namaste.

Oracle Reading on 17 July 2018

I was journalling this morning, when I felt the urge to pull a card from the Goddess Guidance Oracle deck for my Facebook friends and blog. The card above - Isis, the Egyptian goddess popped out to say: Whatever difficult situation you're going through right now involves past life memories.

Let's do a quick past-life clearing together.

  • Sit down quietly for awhile, eyes closed, and come to your breathing. Feel the breath in your body, coming in, and going out.
  • Mentally, say: "I now allow these past life memories to be released from me".
  • Invite the goddess Isis to assist you with your clearing.
  • Recite the following Ho'oponopono prayers: "I'm Sorry. Please Forgive Me. I Love You. Thank You".
  • Recite the Ho'oponopono prayers for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the clearing to complete.
  • Before ending, say: "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you" to Isis, and Divinity for their assistance in clearing your past life memories.

And so it is. Namaste.

Oracle Reading on 28 June 2018

Today is Full Moon in Capricorn, and Hathor's message of Receptivity appeared in today's card reading. She said:

"Allow yourself to receive. This will increase your intuition, energy, and the ability to give to others".

I've met many who have difficulties receiving due to guilt or feelings of unworthiness. "And, just what are we receiving?" these blocked ones may ask.

Examples are:

  • Kindness
  • Care and attention
  • Compliments
  • Gifts
  • A smile from a child
  • Grace
In order words, allow yourself to receive the good from others and the Universe.

As for today, the Full Moon in Capricorn carries the energies of working towards dreams and goals while staying grounded and balanced. Allow yourself to receive this gift today.

Release all forms of guilt, and feelings of unworthiness and affirm:
"I allow myself to receive. I am worthy to receive. Thank you!"

And so it is!

A Shift to a New Malaysia

We did it. After 60 years, we Malaysians finally nailed it. We changed our government. We voted them out.

Because one by one, we took responsibility to say: "No" to corruption; "No" to racism; "No" to bigotry; "No" to lies and slanders; "No" to injustice; "No" to arrogance; "No" to poor economic policies; "No" to weak governance. We, unitedly, said "No"!

And, we won. A new beginning awaits us. Yet, we must make our celebration short because there's so much work to do; we must repair our economics, education, healthcare system, and the way we view racism and religion. Massive repair work! All need to be addressed urgently.

For this, we, each must take responsibility to create the new Malaysia that we want. We cannot merely rely on our new government.

Now, what do we want? Despite our differences, we all want an economically strong, rich, forward-thinking, harmonious, united Malaysia. To reach this goal, each of us must shift into a consciousness that creates this. There is no other way.

I am seeing a collective consciousness change taking place, as we individually begin to change ourselves. This is good. We're on the way there. How long it takes to reach our goals depends on how many are willing, and how quickly we let go of the old ways.

Interestingly, I saw this image as I was about to complete my writing:

A mere coincidence? No. It's synchronicity. It's the Universe confirming what I just wrote. So, let go of all your fears and doubts. Be confident in your abilities to change your country as you change your consciousness. Blessings are on our way.

Thank you Tun Mahathir and Pakatan Harapan for bringing this shift to our country. Thank you Malaysians for pressing the reset button.

I love you. Thank you.

(Collective consciousness is a term introduced by the French sociologist Emile Durkheim in 1893. It refers to a set of shared beliefs, thought patterns and attitudes which operate within a society and community.

Pinocchio Layout

"Liars cannot heal"
- Caroline Myss

I discovered the truth behind Caroline's statement while working on a Pinocchio Layout. The story of the wooden puppet, Pinocchio, whose nose grows long when he tells lies, has captivated the hearts of children all over the world. Yet, underneath the tale, is the story of overcoming childish ignorance and naivety. It's a story about the power of truth and honestly.

Pinocchio lives in every one of us. Just as Pinocchio journeys to become a boy, we too journey to find ourselves. And, like Pinocchio, we got ourselves lost and tangled up in naive pursuits and lies.

This layout is designed to reveal our inner Pinocchio. Where have we been naive? What lies are we telling ourselves and others? What is the truth we need to uphold? These are the questions explored in this layout.

If you want to look into the lies you've unconsciously created for yourself, and how to set yourself free to begin your healing process, then this layout is for you. Call me to book an appointment.

May we go on our Hero's Journey with honor, and truth as our guide. Namaste.

Possibilities

The space of you and I
 are filled with possibilities.
Now...
What do you want?
Fill it with colours
 of your choosing.
Let them twirl this way,
 that way.
Allow patterns to unfold.
No right.
No wrong.
Merely making decisions
 along the way
Now go...
Completely fill colours in.
Whoa!
Possibilities bloom into Flower Maiden.

Oracle Reading on International Women's Day, 2018

It's International Women's Day today, and here we have Conventina, the Celtic goddess of the waters, rising out from the ocean, with the message: Detox your body and mind.

"Drop those bad eating habits. Go for a liver cleanse or a colon cleanse, and drink lots of water to flush out those old, old toxins from your body. Go for fresh fruits and vegetables, and start a daily healthy diet. Throw out those foods that are harmful to you.

Let go of those negative thoughts and beliefs that doesn't serve you. Thoughts like: I'm not good enough for this; I'm too thin; I'm too fat; I'm too young; I'm too old; I cannot do this; I'm too weak for this...etc.

It's time women rise up strong from murky dungeons that have trapped us for aeons. But first, purify and detox your body and mind."

We can do this. We can stand tall and strong, and move forward with grace and style. And we will shower our rainbow lights to the world.

Happy International Women's Day!

Fire For Life!

Once there was a frozen land
Thick with ice;
 cold, dark and desolate.
No life could live there.
Everything lies in deep freeze.

But wait!
What's this?!!
Something moved beneath the ice;
 something gingerly,
 something warm and fiery.
Oh! The Great Mother is full of surprises!

This little fire grew bigger.
It grew steadier and stronger.
It began to melt the age-old ice!
Lotuses rise up from burnt ashes.
Flames turned into golden fishes when touched water.

Life begins again.

Oracle Reading on 31 January 2018

The appearance of Sulis is telling me that we, as a whole, is tired; tired physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. I am not surprised. With the current intense energies brought by the Super Blue Moon, and the constant bombardment of negativity about our political situation, and news from around the world, fatigue just sets into our body, into our psyche, into our cells.

We need a major recharge of our batteries. And here, Sulis says, "Connect with Water." Today's Super Blue Moon has a huge effect on water, be it in the waters inside our body (we are more than 70% water), or the waters in the lake, river, or ocean.

I like this image that I saw in my FB newsfeed:

So, let's get quiet like this beside a stream, lake, or ocean. And, if this is not possible, let us soak in a nice, warm salt bath, or bathe in our Malaysia's famous mandi bunga(flower bath). We can also drink more water, more fluids or soup. Let's listen to what the waters has to say, and recharge ourselves as we breathe in the curative powers of water.

Then, there's this huge body of water inside us. Feel into this huge bag of water of ours. What is the colour of our inner ocean? How strong is the current? Is it flowing well? Ask your inner ocean how to make it more vibrant and alive. Breathe and listen. Listen and breathe.

Let's recharge our batteries through water, because water is life.

Thank you Sulis.
