Listening to Your Inner Yearnings
Today is the first day of 2019. 2019 is the year of the 3 - a catalyst number. 3 is also the number of the Inner Child. So, this morning, I asked the question, " What does the Inner Child wants us to know this year?"
The Guardian of Hearts, Gabrielle, came up. Gabrielle is blowing her horn to the depths of your Heart and your Soul. Listen to that sound! What is being called forth from that deep place inside you? What is your heartfelt desire? Gabrielle is calling them out.
Let the sound of Gabrielle's horn stir your deepest yearnings. You may feel uncomfortable as these yearnings have been buried too long inside. But oh! That sound from Gabrielle's horn! You can't suppress them any longer, for they will answer to the call of that magic horn. They will swim up to the surface.
Feel them stirring up your heart and soul. Embrace them. Allow them space in your heart. They have been called.
This year, it is time to listen, and to act on your inner yearnings.
And so it is.

Disinfecting Viruses In Our Mind
Ho'oponopono. That's the first thought that appeared on my mind when I first saw this image. "Clean and disinfect these viruses with Ho'oponopono cleaning tools", I thought.
Right now, I am feeling confused. My mind is filled with doubts about my ability to get a project going. Can I do it? Do I have the skill to execute it? Meanwhile, I am envious of those who seem to ease themselves effortlessly into similar projects.
Confusion, doubts, envy - all these cloud my clarity. I have been infected by mental viruses. "Ok! These are not you. Only viral programs of the mind that need to be cleaned and deleted." - I tell myself.
I recite and meditate upon the Ho'oponopono prayers:
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you.
Clean. Clean. Clean.
Disinfect. Disinfect. Disinfect.
Let go. Let go. Let go.
I notice the tightness in my abdomen. There are messages of anxiety there. My legs feel weak. The worry and anxiety have worked their way there. Clean. Clean. Clean.
Why is my heart in pain? Where did the sorrow comes from? And the resentment, masked as envy? Clean. Clean. Clean.
My head feels dizzy. I know. I am in a familiar terrain now. I feel the anxiousness in the nervous system. I see the confusion and doubts there. I feel immobilized. Clean. Clean. Clean.
Clean. Clean. Clean.
Disinfect. Disinfect. Disinfect.
Let go. Let go. Let go.
I free up my mind. I free up my body. I free up my heart. I am clear now. I move straight ahead towards my goal.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

About Tarot Bodywork
I came up with Tarot Bodywork, thanks to my love for tarot readings and energy healing. Integrating both of them give depth to the healing sessions. However, I allow clients to choose whether they want to include tarot or merely an energy bodywork in their session. Some prefer merely the energy work, and that's ok too.
So, what is Tarot Bodywork all about?
Tarot Bodywork helps clients gain insight into their subconscious archetypal stories that are affecting their life, and to release and heal these stories. It is a unique healing work that combines the archetypal energies of tarot images, with energy bodywork. A session is 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and is divided into 2 parts.
The first part is the tarot card readings designed to engage, and reveal the archetypal energies in the subconscious of the client.
The second part is the energy bodywork that engages and release whatever challenges revealed by the cards. It is here, that I help clients reprogram new thought patterns into the subconscious and cellular level. A huge body of spiritual forces are engaged and activated during the session. This second part of Tarot Bodywork brings deep physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healings to the client.
Tarot Bodywork is therapeutic for those:
- In search of life's meaning
- At a crossroad in one's life
- Facing career challenges
- Facing financial issues
- With emotional turmoil
- Who wants a deeper understanding of their physical illness
- Who wants to connect and heal their Inner Child
- Who wants spiritual help with their challenges in life
- Who wants to release dysfunctional Akashic memories.
- With childhood or past traumas
Through Tarot Bodywork, I hope to bring deep healings to clients. As they heal their stories, this heals the world too.
To book a session, please email me at khemayen@yahoo.com.
Thank you. Namaste.

Believing In Possibilities
This butterfly flew to me, bringing in lots of colourful possibilities. But I dare not believe her.
"How could this be possible?" my rational mind thought. "It's impossible. I cannot do this. I am not able to do it. I am not good enough, not clever enough. I don't have support. People think lowly of me...", on and on and on my mind rambled away.
And then, I heard myself saying, "I don't believe in myself". I stopped right there. Because whatever amazing possibilities given to me would come to nothing except when I believe in myself that I can do it.
So, I did the Ho'oponopono. I cleaned all these old thoughts and stories. I repeatedly said:
I'm Sorry.
Please Forgive Me.
I Love You.
Thank You.
Then, I threw all these old memories into Fire, and welcomed in new stories. Stories of: "I am good enough; I am a brilliant healer, writer and artist; I am respected and appreciated; people think highly of me"; stories of "I believe in myself".
The Universe responded. I received the following:
Believe in possibilities. Believe in yourself. Then you can bring into form, those amazing possibilities.
Namaste.

Oracle Reading on 17 July 2018
I was journalling this morning, when I felt the urge to pull a card from the Goddess Guidance Oracle deck for my Facebook friends and blog. The card above - Isis, the Egyptian goddess popped out to say: Whatever difficult situation you're going through right now involves past life memories.
Let's do a quick past-life clearing together.
- Sit down quietly for awhile, eyes closed, and come to your breathing. Feel the breath in your body, coming in, and going out.
- Mentally, say: "I now allow these past life memories to be released from me".
- Invite the goddess Isis to assist you with your clearing.
- Recite the following Ho'oponopono prayers: "I'm Sorry. Please Forgive Me. I Love You. Thank You".
- Recite the Ho'oponopono prayers for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the clearing to complete.
- Before ending, say: "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you" to Isis, and Divinity for their assistance in clearing your past life memories.
And so it is. Namaste.
