A Shift to a New Malaysia

We did it. After 60 years, we Malaysians finally nailed it. We changed our government. We voted them out.

Because one by one, we took responsibility to say: "No" to corruption; "No" to racism; "No" to bigotry; "No" to lies and slanders; "No" to injustice; "No" to arrogance; "No" to poor economic policies; "No" to weak governance. We, unitedly, said "No"!

And, we won. A new beginning awaits us. Yet, we must make our celebration short because there's so much work to do; we must repair our economics, education, healthcare system, and the way we view racism and religion. Massive repair work! All need to be addressed urgently.

For this, we, each must take responsibility to create the new Malaysia that we want. We cannot merely rely on our new government.

Now, what do we want? Despite our differences, we all want an economically strong, rich, forward-thinking, harmonious, united Malaysia. To reach this goal, each of us must shift into a consciousness that creates this. There is no other way.

I am seeing a collective consciousness change taking place, as we individually begin to change ourselves. This is good. We're on the way there. How long it takes to reach our goals depends on how many are willing, and how quickly we let go of the old ways.

Interestingly, I saw this image as I was about to complete my writing:

A mere coincidence? No. It's synchronicity. It's the Universe confirming what I just wrote. So, let go of all your fears and doubts. Be confident in your abilities to change your country as you change your consciousness. Blessings are on our way.

Thank you Tun Mahathir and Pakatan Harapan for bringing this shift to our country. Thank you Malaysians for pressing the reset button.

I love you. Thank you.

(Collective consciousness is a term introduced by the French sociologist Emile Durkheim in 1893. It refers to a set of shared beliefs, thought patterns and attitudes which operate within a society and community.

Pinocchio Layout

"Liars cannot heal"
- Caroline Myss

I discovered the truth behind Caroline's statement while working on a Pinocchio Layout. The story of the wooden puppet, Pinocchio, whose nose grows long when he tells lies, has captivated the hearts of children all over the world. Yet, underneath the tale, is the story of overcoming childish ignorance and naivety. It's a story about the power of truth and honestly.

Pinocchio lives in every one of us. Just as Pinocchio journeys to become a boy, we too journey to find ourselves. And, like Pinocchio, we got ourselves lost and tangled up in naive pursuits and lies.

This layout is designed to reveal our inner Pinocchio. Where have we been naive? What lies are we telling ourselves and others? What is the truth we need to uphold? These are the questions explored in this layout.

If you want to look into the lies you've unconsciously created for yourself, and how to set yourself free to begin your healing process, then this layout is for you. Call me to book an appointment.

May we go on our Hero's Journey with honor, and truth as our guide. Namaste.

Possibilities

The space of you and I
 are filled with possibilities.
Now...
What do you want?
Fill it with colours
 of your choosing.
Let them twirl this way,
 that way.
Allow patterns to unfold.
No right.
No wrong.
Merely making decisions
 along the way
Now go...
Completely fill colours in.
Whoa!
Possibilities bloom into Flower Maiden.

Oracle Reading on International Women's Day, 2018

It's International Women's Day today, and here we have Conventina, the Celtic goddess of the waters, rising out from the ocean, with the message: Detox your body and mind.

"Drop those bad eating habits. Go for a liver cleanse or a colon cleanse, and drink lots of water to flush out those old, old toxins from your body. Go for fresh fruits and vegetables, and start a daily healthy diet. Throw out those foods that are harmful to you.

Let go of those negative thoughts and beliefs that doesn't serve you. Thoughts like: I'm not good enough for this; I'm too thin; I'm too fat; I'm too young; I'm too old; I cannot do this; I'm too weak for this...etc.

It's time women rise up strong from murky dungeons that have trapped us for aeons. But first, purify and detox your body and mind."

We can do this. We can stand tall and strong, and move forward with grace and style. And we will shower our rainbow lights to the world.

Happy International Women's Day!

Fire For Life!

Once there was a frozen land
Thick with ice;
 cold, dark and desolate.
No life could live there.
Everything lies in deep freeze.

But wait!
What's this?!!
Something moved beneath the ice;
 something gingerly,
 something warm and fiery.
Oh! The Great Mother is full of surprises!

This little fire grew bigger.
It grew steadier and stronger.
It began to melt the age-old ice!
Lotuses rise up from burnt ashes.
Flames turned into golden fishes when touched water.

Life begins again.

Oracle Reading on 31 January 2018

The appearance of Sulis is telling me that we, as a whole, is tired; tired physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. I am not surprised. With the current intense energies brought by the Super Blue Moon, and the constant bombardment of negativity about our political situation, and news from around the world, fatigue just sets into our body, into our psyche, into our cells.

We need a major recharge of our batteries. And here, Sulis says, "Connect with Water." Today's Super Blue Moon has a huge effect on water, be it in the waters inside our body (we are more than 70% water), or the waters in the lake, river, or ocean.

I like this image that I saw in my FB newsfeed:

So, let's get quiet like this beside a stream, lake, or ocean. And, if this is not possible, let us soak in a nice, warm salt bath, or bathe in our Malaysia's famous mandi bunga(flower bath). We can also drink more water, more fluids or soup. Let's listen to what the waters has to say, and recharge ourselves as we breathe in the curative powers of water.

Then, there's this huge body of water inside us. Feel into this huge bag of water of ours. What is the colour of our inner ocean? How strong is the current? Is it flowing well? Ask your inner ocean how to make it more vibrant and alive. Breathe and listen. Listen and breathe.

Let's recharge our batteries through water, because water is life.

Thank you Sulis.

What Do You Want in 2018?

As I write this, it is just two weeks before 2018 begins. I couldn't believe how fast 2017 sped by, just like that. I remembered that I began 2017 with writing down what I wanted to see happened, and I started with a major decluttering of my space. I wanted to start 2017 with removing what no longer worked for me; what no longer resonated with me; what no longer was me. In short, I began 2017 by removing what was not me, to start new beginnings. And it really is a year of many new beginnings for my whole family. At first, I was afraid of what we had to go through, but it all turned up well. We are ok.

So now, 2017 is coming to a close, and we are moving into 2018 soon. Again, it is time to set a new tone, and new intentions for a new year. What do you want to create in 2018? What do you want to see happen? To start a family? A new career? A new hobby? What is the theme of 2018 for you?

For me, the theme for 2018 is "I CAN". It will be a year where I will challenge my deep-seated and stubborn thought patterns of "I Can't" and turn it into "I Can". "I Can, I Can, I Can" is my new mantra for 2018. And to help support my "I Can" theme of 2018, I am going to take really good care of my health, and it starts with the gut. So, along with a new "I Can" mantra, gut health will be foremost on my mind in 2018.

Now, what about you? Name one thing you want in your life in 2018.

Yes, name it. Write it down in your journal. Take this last remaining two weeks of 2017 to ponder what you have achieved this year, and what you would like to continue on next year. Spend some time in solitude to do this. By doing so, you are declaring to yourself, and the Universe, your dreams, and your intentions for 2018. You are creating a pathway to what you want.

Here's an image that I saw in my fb timeline:

Yet, having said that, for some, the pathway to what they want seems hidden, or full of obstacles. They wonder what is the next best action to take. And for some, they wonder what is their path in life.

If you are one of those who feel this way, I invite you to book an appointment with me. I will do a reading, followed by an energy bodywork to clear and release old, limited memories lodged in the cells of your body. This brings much clarity and insight to what your path in 2018 is all about.

May 2018 be a year of joy, good health, happiness and peace. May 2018 be your year.

Namaste
